增肥计划的内容是怎样的呢?
就是要把我家里的食物吃完
当然这也会考虑到健康的食物

• Butter Cookies一盒
• 紫菜
• 苏打饼
• 乌东面
• Spaghetti
• 一些Chocolate等

晨跑

噢 今天过得蛮充实的
是不错的一天

一早就跟彤到新场去晨跑
不知为什么突然那么想晨跑
可能是因为上次体育节差点晕倒吧
觉得身体越来越差
过意不去 所以要锻炼下身体
想当年我初一的体育成绩不错的咧
九十多分咧
现在呢？
所以现在要开始锻炼自己
加油！

晨跑时才发觉
原来早晨的空气是那么的清新的
如果不是今天晨跑
我真的没发现这东西
本来还有一点睡意的我
跑了两圈 吸入新鲜的空气
变得精神了 感觉不错

该怎么说才好呢
成绩啊 有进步是有进步
可是比起班上 有点距离
唉 真是人比人 气死人
人家常说 什么 成绩不代表一切
可是 人都是现实的
在做学生时期 看的都是成绩
成绩好 待遇好
成绩差 待遇差
根本就很现实
人都存有私心
那‘成绩不代表一切’又是怎样？

刚才去Kuchai Lama那里吃晚餐
好久没去那里了 那里变得很多
热闹了 繁荣了
那里有很多我想吃的东西
都好像很好吃
100'c 火锅 等
最后我们选择了Taipei Walker
那里的东西还ok 是我能接受
下次要慢慢试下其他的口味

Oh..
I'm fainted today.
After running at school in the morning today,
I was FAINTED!
Feel like going to vomit after running and dizzy.
So I am not continuous to run.
After it, my sight got blur and blur
and feel very dark.
At last, I pengsan.
My body was very heavy until I can't stand.
Luckily my babe Ci hold me and I am not fall down.
And then my classmates asked me to lay on the ground.
I felt better after that.


There are some factors that made me faint:
1. I didn't take breakfast this morning
2. I have not enough sleep
3. I stopped few times when I was running

Tired

I can say that I was very tired this few days.
Many event have to attend and many things to do.
I was very busy started from last Sunday.
I have no time to study my biology although I knew that biology is important.
So I sat for the biology exam today.
I know the paper wasn't very hard,but still I have lost 3 marks.
Sad.
And I was lack of sleep.
I want to have a nice sleep.
You know that I can become a panda already.
My dark eye circle becomes darker and darker.
T.T
Even though I have got put eye mask on it.
(I seldom put it now because NO TIME!!)


I want to go Sushi King and eat sushi during this RM2 bonanza.
I am going to queue up for a long time to eat the sushi.
Haha.But I don't know which day I can go to eat.
Because this few days are fully booked.
I want eat sushi..

Night Market

Didn't take new photo recently.

Went to night marketwith my mother just now.

Long time didn't go to night market already.

I remembered I have got about one year didn't go to night market.

The night market now has changed a little bit.

Sell more thing, more food and somemore.

Even though contact lens also sell there.

I just walk around the night market.

It was so hot and I don't like the hot weather.

IEE Exam

Today I was taking part in the International Elementary Examination(IEE)exam @Cambridge Language centre.You know that I was nervous about this exam.It looks like very important for me.I don't know why I was so nervous to this exam although I have many experiences in exam.Maybe this exam is different from the others?Because this paper including all skills: Reading,Writting,Listening and Speaking?I think maybe is.Early in the morning I had woken up and quickly dressed up myself.Then I started doing revision about this and that, essay, practising skills to speak all that stuff.I remembed my breakfast also taken it in hurry.Haha.

When I reached the centre there,there were already many people standing at there with the books.I became more nervous when I saw it.Ahh~~Help me.But when started,I looked very relax-.-Don't know why.And I think I can do well in this exam.Anyway,hope can get a good result.

It was my birthday.I went to school as usual.But today I was having exam.

After school also having tuition.

I received present from Elaine, My dear Ci & Qi.

After tuition,something surprises me.

Wan Yee and Meng Li asked me to go to the kitchen of my teacher's house.

Then I went there.I saw Wan Yee was holding a cake with candles and Meng Li,Zhi Ling and Jie Si sang birthday song for me.^^
